Yeo Valley Lions’ Santa Float Brings Holiday Cheer

The Yeo Valley Lions are once again spreading festive joy with their annual Santa float, set to tour the Claverham, Cleeve, Congresbury, Langford, Wrington, and Yatton areas starting November 30.

The Christmas-themed events include Father Christmas making appearances at St. Mary’s Church Fayre, the Yatton precinct Carol Service, and a special carol service supporting the local Alzheimer’s group. Additional holiday activities include coffee mornings, a festive lunch club, and minibus shopping trips.

A community cornerstone since 1968, the Yeo Valley Lions are part of Lions Clubs International, a global network dedicated to service. The club is actively seeking new members who share their values and passion for making a positive impact in the community.

For those interested in joining or learning more, the Yeo Valley Lions encourage reaching out for a friendly, no-obligation chat. Keep an eye out for the program details arriving in late November or early December, and support their efforts to brighten the holidays for everyone in the area.
