A historic agreement signed in 2023 between Ennismore and Dubai Holding is the basis for the decision to relocate Delano to Dubai. After last year’s smashing success of Banyan Tree Dubai at Bluewaters Dubai, this partnership will bring Dubai an even more unique premium lifestyle experience.
There are 251 rooms at the Delano Dubai, including 84 suites, and some of them have private pools, so guests may enjoy a real treat. Four separate culinary and drink ideas stand out: a one-of-a-kind restaurant and pool club partnership with Paris Society, a charming bakery, a restaurant with a Levantine vibe, a chic Italian spot, and a new take on Delano’s iconic Rose Bar.
Ennismore Co-CEOs Sharan Pasricha and Gaurav Bhushan were very enthusiastic about the opening, praising Delano’s history of revolutionizing five-star hospitality since its 1995 Miami debut. The existing facility will be transformed into a signature Delano destination by respected interior design firms Elastic Architects, LaBottega, and SA Consultants, in partnership with Ennismore’s in-house team.
