Bentley Motors is thrilled to announce the launch of its highly anticipated Apprenticeship opportunities, with 38 vacancies now open for applications. As part of National Apprenticeship Week, Bentley invites passionate individuals to join the prestigious brand in driving forward its ambitious Beyond100 strategy.
The successful candidates will join over 4,000 colleagues at Bentley’s carbon-neutral ‘Dream Factory’ in Crewe, working towards achieving end-to-end carbon neutrality and producing exclusively electric vehicles by 2030.
With a strong emphasis on electrical engineering, digital software, and project management, the 38 available roles span from Level 2 to Level 6, covering areas such as Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, HR, IT, and Finance. These programs are meticulously crafted to foster growth, enabling apprentices to hone their skills, pursue externally recognized qualifications, and learn from industry experts across Bentley as they engage in their day-to-day roles.
