At Vogue Club’s Forces of Fashion After-Party, Fashion’s Brightest Lit Up The Space.

A Star-Studded Day and a Vibrant After-Party in NYC

Returning for its eighth year, Forces of Fashion brought its signature blend of creativity and conversation back to Vogue’s New York headquarters on Wednesday. The programming was nothing short of dynamic, featuring a lineup of industry icons and rising stars.Simon Porte Jacquemus told his story from a childhood in the south of France to starting his fashion brand at barely 18, while Dame Pat McGrath delighted the audience by hand-painting models with classic runway beauty looks.

Along with lively presentations with Victoria Beckham, Nicki Minaj, Jean Paul Gaultier, and other fashion industry icons, the day also featured Guests turned their attention to celebration as the intensive seminars and panels ended for the day. Presented by Luxury Group by Marriott International, the much awaited Vogue Club’s Forces of Fashion found their place in the Times Square Edition. Organized by style innovator and Senior Fashion Editor Naomi Elizée of Vogue, the party exuded a sophisticated yet energetic vibe. With her live set, DJ Isan Elba of Les Filles maintained the vitality as lush vegetation and blossoming flowers turned the area into a fashionable haven.

Adding to the artistic flair, artist Rebecca Schneider created personalized fashion portraits for guests ready to save a memory of the evening. Andrew Tess, a film photographer, provided Polaroid pictures—personal mementos from an evening to remember. News of the 2024 CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund (CVFF) winners leaked as Vogue Club members mixed and danced the evening away.Jackson Wiederhoeft (Wiederhoeft) and Spencer Phipps (Phipps) were runner-up; twin sisters Dynasty and Soull Ogun of L’Enchanteur earned first place. Designers, editors, and friends of the fashion business came together at the after-party to honor the successes of the evening as word of the Midtown celebration spread.

Among the well-known and fresh names collected for the event were Zerina Aekers, Kim Shui, Tanner Richie, Fletcher Kasell, Fe Noel, Edvin Thompson (Theophilio), Taofeek Abijako (Head of State), and many more. Reflecting the continually shifting terrain of fashion and the voices directing its future, the Forces of Fashion after-party was the perfect finish to a day filled with invention, collaboration, and celebration in traditional New York fashion.
