World’s Largest Beach Club: “Think big or don’t bother” is the operating principle in Dubai. Fundamental Hospitality unveiled Sirene by GAIA, the biggest beach club in the world, as its embodiment. This enormous 9,000 square-meter facility brings the world-famous GAIA dining experience to the seashore, combining grandeur, scale, and culinary brilliance. Sirene, set to make its world premiere in September 2024 at Dubai’s Jumeirah One, guarantees an unforgettable experience.
Sirene is enormous; to put it in perspective, think about all the places it can fit: 400 loungers, pools, cabanas, and enormous dining areas. GAIA, a well-known name in Dubai’s culinary scene, will serve guests delectable Mediterranean cuisine. A spectacle that few towns on Earth can match, Sirene will welcome tourists with a vision of white elegance against the backdrop of azure blue waters, echoing the Greek-Mediterranean appeal of GAIA.
Sirene by GAIA will capture the carefree spirit of a beach club with its communal plates and ample servings, ideal for long days spent lounging on the sand. Famous people like Cristiano Ronaldo and Lewis Hamilton frequent GAIA restaurants for their enchantment, excellent service, and unique experiences.
“This year, we’re investing over $140 million in expanding our presence in Dubai and globally,” revealed Evgeny Kuzin, founder and CEO of Fundamental Hospitality, who revealed further details about their grand plans. With preparations underway for 2027, 2028, and 2029, we want to open fifteen to twenty restaurants per year. We have already begun to expand internationally with contracts signed for future openings in cities like Geneva and Las Vegas.
