Former Los Angeles Lakers guard Dennis Schröder has listed his luxurious Tarzana, California, mansion for $6 million, nearly five years after purchasing the property for approximately $4.3 million.
Schröder acquired the contemporary residence in early 2021, about three months after being traded from the Oklahoma City Thunder to the Lakers. The property, located in the San Fernando Valley, offered the German basketball star a home tailored to his profession, featuring a private, fenced basketball court with professional glass backboards.
Now, following his final departure from the Lakers in the summer of 2023, Schröder and his wife, Ellen Ziolo, are putting the estate on the market. The couple previously offered the home as a luxury rental for as much as $40,000 per month. Michael Henderson of Redfin Corporation is handling the listing.
