Cipriani 25 Broadway in New York City, Glasswing International last night celebrated a major turning point. The event was a gathering of driven supporters and charitable hearts committed to transforming lives all throughout Latin America. Prominent personalities among them philanthropist Howard Warren Buffett, who declared a sizable $11.6 million donation from the Howard G. Buffett Foundation, therefore supporting the nonprofit’s goal to improve underprivileged areas.
The dinner underlined the strong cooperation between Glasswing International and the Howard G. Buffett Foundation, which has been instrumental in supporting the activities of the organization in Latin America. The foundation has given a total of $65 million since their cooperation started in 2018, encouraging public schools to become active centers of community life.
