A distinguished group of eminent real estate experts from New York City gathered on Wednesday night at One High Line, the opulent condominium complex in West Chelsea built by Witkoff Group & Access Industries and designed by the Danish architectural firm Bjarke Ingels, to unveil site-specific artwork by Wyatt Kahn and Alma Allen. The enormous contemporary paintings, chosen by Alex Gartenfeld, curator of art at One High Line, lend a sophisticated touch to the clean lobby design of the West Tower. Construction at One High Line is ending, and residents may view and appreciate the unique museum-caliber artwork while using the lobby. Closings have begun. 

Drinks in hand, attendees perused the lobby’s latest artistic offerings—including the soirée’s tuna tartare bar—while taking in speeches from Wyatt Kahn and the artist and co-CEO of Witkoff, Alex Gartenfeld. 

Among the notable guests were Corcoran Sunshine professionals, such as Kelly Mack, President of Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group. The One High Line sales team, including Steven Gold, Deborah Kern, Richard Hicks, and Isabelle Hull-Fossas, was also there, along with Fredrik Eklund, John Gomes, Noble Black, Kane Manera, Kyle Blackmon, Dana Power, and Janet Wang.
