The MCXtrema, a non-road-certified racing marvel limited to 62 units, was conceived to defy conventions and set new benchmarks. In February, it made its debut appearance at the Autodromo Varano de’ Melegari (Parma), with Maserati’s chief test driver, Andrea Bertolini, at the helm. Bertolini, a distinguished figure in the GT class with four world championships under his belt aboard the illustrious MC12, has played a crucial role in its evolution, meticulously refining its performance since its inception.
