The carpet was a sea of sharp, tailored suits and elegant dress watches. Cartier dominated on the watch front, with several leading men strapping on the Parisian jeweler’s très chic timepieces. British actor Robert Aramayo beat Hollywood favorites Leonardo DiCaprio and Timothée Chalamet to win best actor for his performance in I Swear, accepting the BAFTA with a beautiful Ballon Bleu on his wrist. Hamnet lead Paul Mescal showed off a neo-vintage Tank Basculante, while Wasteman star Tom Blyth flexed a sleek, contemporary Santos-Dumont. David Jonsson was the standout in camp Cartier, sporting a gorgeous gold vintage Vendome.

Other nominees didn’t switch up their wrist candy at all. DiCaprio wore his go-toRolex Daytona “Le Mans.” Who could blame him? It is one of the rarest modern Rollies, after all. And Chalamet kept on the same Urban Jürgensen UJ-2 that earned him serious cred in the watch world.
