According to Olshan Realty, Manhattan’s luxury real estate market enjoyed an incredible week despite the difficulties caused by rising interest rates.
Magnificent Signatures on Contracts
There were 26 contracts made for Manhattan homes costing $4 million or more in the week that ended on Sunday. With 17 contracts for condominiums, 6 for co-ops, and 3 for townhouses inked, this was a notable rise from the previous week.
Banner Week and Notable Sales
With $228.7 million in total sales for the week, it was the biggest sum since mid-July. A gorgeous duplex penthouse at 15 Hudson Yards, offered for $24.975 million, was one of the top deals. Furthermore, a three-bedroom penthouse on Billionaires’ Row in Central Park Tower took second place, demonstrating the tenacity of Manhattan’s luxury real estate market.
