Hallmark, aged 61, brings a wealth of experience garnered during his tenure as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bentley Motors, a position he has held since 2018. He boasts over 25 years of illustrious senior automotive experience across the United States, Europe, and Asia, having served in esteemed capacities at renowned companies such as Bentley, Porsche, and Volkswagen.
Amedeo Felisa will continue to serve as Chief Executive Officer until Hallmark assumes his position to facilitate a seamless transition in leadership. Compensation Arrangements
Adrian Hallmark’s service agreement, compensation, and benefits will adhere to Aston Martin’s Remuneration Policy as sanctioned by shareholders at the AGM in May 2022.
