Bentley Motors is thrilled to announce the launch of its highly-anticipated Apprenticeship opportunities, with 38 vacancies now open for applications. Timed to coincide with National Apprenticeship Week, Bentley welcomes passionate individuals to join its esteemed brand and contribute to driving forward its ambitious Beyond100 strategy.
The successful candidates will have the opportunity to join over 4,000 colleagues at the carbon-neutral ‘Dream Factory’ in Crewe, all working diligently towards the bold goal of achieving end-to-end carbon neutrality and producing exclusively electric vehicles by 2030.
With a strong emphasis on electrical engineering, digital software, and project management, the 38 available roles span from Level 2 to Level 6, covering various departments, including Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, HR, IT, and Finance. These programs are thoughtfully crafted to foster personal and professional growth, enabling apprentices to hone their skills, pursue externally recognized qualifications, and glean invaluable insights from industry experts across Bentley in their day-to-day tasks.
Dr. Karen Lange, a Member of the Board for Human Resources, expressed her enthusiasm about the launch of the applications, stating, “The Bentley Apprenticeship program stands as a testament to our dedication to nurturing talent and empowering the next generation of visionaries. Fresh ideas, diverse perspectives, and innovative capabilities are crucial as we embark on the transformational journey outlined in our Beyond100 strategy. These recruits have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping our future, propelling us to the forefront of innovation and sustainable luxury mobility.”
Echoing Dr. Lange’s sentiments, Emily Ruscoe, Degree Apprentice in Body & Trim Engineering, shared her positive experience, stating, “Being an apprentice at Bentley is incredibly rewarding. You’re not just a cog in the machine; you’re a valued member of the team from day one. The support and encouragement I’ve received from my manager and the Early Careers Team have been instrumental in my growth and development.”
Earlier this year, Bentley was honored with the Top Employer title for the 13th consecutive year, a testament to its unwavering commitment to providing an exceptional colleague experience. As the sole UK-based automotive manufacturer to receive this accolade, Bentley continues to set the benchmark for excellence in employee engagement and satisfaction.
The apprenticeship vacancies, now live, welcome applications from school or college leavers and individuals seeking a career change.
