JUMBO Seafood’s “Reunion Sets” are available for one day only, on the eve of Chinese New Year, and are always a popular choice (January 31). Fish Yu Sheng, Seafood Soup Braised with Fish Maw and Conpoy, and 5-Head Abalone Braised with Spinach and Fatt Choy are staples on the set menu.

With a set menu starting at S$328 for four people, you can save 15% on your food bill on Chinese New Year’s eve when you dine in.

Pop-up dinners like “A Bountiful Reunion by Feng Shui Inn” are a great value for money, so head on to Equarius Hotel. Set menus start at S$88 per person and are hosted by the award-winning Feng Shui Inn, which has won numerous awards for its cuisine.

“Smoked Salmon with Amber Walnut and Crystal Iceplant Yu Sheng with Yuzu Dressing” and “Crispy Suckling Pig” are among the most decadent offerings.

SE7ENTH at Oakwood Premier AMTD Singapore

SE7ENTH’s “Prosperity Yu Sheng” features smoked salmon, smoked snow fish, crispy fish skin topped with strawberry-infused plum sauce to ring in the year of the tiger. Small and large platters are available for S$48.80 and S$78.80, respectively.

Local seafood favorites No Signboard Seafood has been serving since the 1980s, and they’ve put together their own special Chinese New Year set menus for two to eight people.

The “Prosperity Salmon Yu Sheng” is available in three sizes, small, medium, and large, and prices start at S$39.90, S$49.90, and S$59.90, respectively, to welcome the new year with prosperity and abundance.

The “Prosperity Abalone Yu Sheng,” which comes with a variety of delectable toppings, is another option if you’re in the mood to go all out. Starting at S$69.90, the prices are reasonable.

Soup Restaurant’s Chinese New Year sets are designed to appeal to both adults and children, and they include both their classic dishes and some of their newest creations. Coconut Pudding and Longan Red Dates Dessert are also included in the set menus.

Joyful Set Menu and Prosperity Set Menu are two of its set menus. The “Joyful Set Menu can serve up to 10 people.” Crab Meat with Kelp and Fish Maw Soup and Traditional Steam Rice with Chinese Sausage and Mushroom are also included. From S$118 to S$598 are available.

Yu Sheng with Salmon and Baby Abalone with Samsui Ginger Chicken, Asparagus and Mushrooms in White Truffle Oil, and Hong Kong Steamed Uncle Lapan Fish are all included in the “Prosperity Set Menu,” which can accommodate 10 people. S$168 – S$868 are the available price points.

With 11 set menus for up to 15 pax, Neo Garden is a popular choice for satisfying hungry stomachs at home, perfect for huge reunion dinners. Starting at S$598.88, the “Majestic Reunion Set” includes spinach with 10-head abalone and Chili Crab Sauce Crayfish.

Oven-Baked Snapper with Mango Salsa and Cantonese-style Har Lok Prawn are among the highlights of the “Opulence Menu.”
