‘Bling Empire’ Star Christine Chiu Relists Lavish Los Angeles Mansion for $11.995 Million

Reality television star Christine Chiu and her husband, Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Gabriel Chiu, have relisted their luxurious Los Angeles residence for $11.995 million, marking a $1.8 million reduction from its previous asking price.

Located in the prestigious Hancock Park neighborhood, the Italian Mediterranean Revival-style property was initially listed for $13.8 million in early 2025 before being withdrawn later that summer. The couple is now making another attempt to sell the sprawling estate, which combines classic architecture, designer interiors and resort-style amenities.

Christine Chiu, known for appearing in and co-executive producing Netflix’s Bling Empire, and her husband purchased the home in 2019 for $8.3 million. Built in 1927, the residence has since undergone extensive renovations, including improvements to its formal living spaces and the creation of a custom playroom for their son, Gabriel Chiu III, affectionately called “Baby G.”

A Grand Hancock Park Residence

Situated behind gated entrances and tall, landscaped hedges on nearly half an acre, the two-story mansion spans approximately 9,000 square feet. It features six en suite bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, offering generous space for family living and entertaining.

The home’s interiors showcase chevron-patterned oak floors, bespoke de Gournay and Gracie wall coverings, intricate ceiling mouldings and French doors that connect the indoor spaces to the surrounding grounds.

An arched white-stone entrance opens into a grand foyer featuring a curved floating staircase, which has served as a backdrop for the family’s holiday photoshoots.

The formal dining room is finished with rich mahogany panelling, while the elegant living room features a carved-stone fireplace. In the kitchen, a marble-topped island with seating anchors the space, which flows into a casual dining area and family room. Tropical-inspired wall coverings add a dramatic touch to the kitchen and dining interiors.

The expansive primary suite offers ample closet space for Chiu’s haute couture collection, reflecting the family’s interest in luxury fashion and design.

A Custom Playroom and Resort-Inspired Grounds

The property also includes a personalised playroom for the couple’s son. Its striking black-and-white mural depicts recognisable Los Angeles landmarks, including the Hollywood Hills and Santa Monica Pier.

Outside, the grounds are designed to deliver a private-resort experience. A swimming pool with an integrated spa sits alongside an entertainment pavilion equipped with a pizza oven, bar and grilling station.

Additional recreational features include a miniature golf course and putting area, providing plenty of options for outdoor entertainment.

A detached guesthouse measuring approximately 1,800 square feet adds further flexibility to the estate. It includes a media room and fitness studio, while parking facilities consist of a two-car garage and a motor court with space for up to eight additional vehicles.

Designer Furnishings Included in the Asking Price

According to the property listing, the sale includes the residence’s designer furnishings, giving prospective buyers the opportunity to acquire the home with its existing luxury interiors.

The listing is represented by Ginger Glass and Alexandra Glass of Compass.

The revised $11.995 million asking price remains significantly above the $8.3 million the couple paid for the property in 2019, although it represents a notable reduction from the original listing price of $13.8 million.

With its historic architectural character, expansive interiors, dedicated guest accommodation and extensive entertainment facilities, the Hancock Park mansion offers a substantial luxury property in one of Los Angeles’ established residential neighborhoods.
