The 2026 NFL Draft has officially kicked off, with round one taking place in Pittsburgh on Thursday night. Some of the picks were predictable, like star QB Fernando Mendoza being snapped up first by the Las Vegas Raiders following months of speculation. Others were more surprising, like fellow Ty Simpson, also a quarterback, landing at No. 13 with the Los Angeles Rams. It was a similar story with the wristwear. Some watch choices were predictable, with three players (and NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell) strapping on Breitling, the official timepiece partner of the NFL. But there were some curve balls, too, like David Bailey’s skeletonized Hublot Big Bang Unico and Caleb Downs’s diamond-encrusted Rolex Datejust. Rolex was the clear winner of the night, with at least eight players strapping on pieces by the Crown.
Below are the best watches we’ve spotted at the draft so far. The draft resumes Friday night with the second and third rounds starting at 7 p.m., so we may see more nice pieces yet.
